No commission
easyJobDE does not charge commission on tasks. Users pay each other directly. Optional premium features may be offered in the future; they do not change payments or contractual relationships between users.
1. Role of the platform
Users may post tasks or offer help. easyJobDE only provides technical infrastructure such as profiles, applications, chat and reviews. easyJobDE is not an employer, does not assign tasks and is not a party to agreements between users. Users agree price, time, location, liability and all other terms directly with each other.
2. Payments
The platform does not process payments, transfers or escrow. Any suggested compensation is for reference only. easyJobDE does not guarantee or collect payments.
3. Permitted use
Only lawful tasks may be offered. The following are prohibited in particular:
- regulated or licensed work without the required authorisation
- dangerous work or handling hazardous substances
- medical or care services without the required qualification
- legal or tax advice without authorisation
- illegal, discriminatory or misleading content
4. Tax and insurance
Depending on the activity, employment, self-employment, business, insurance and tax rules may apply. Users are responsible for checking and meeting the obligations that apply to them.
5. Safety and privacy
Do not publish precise private addresses, identity documents or unnecessary personal data. Share details only after an agreement and only where necessary. Stop communicating and contact support if you suspect fraud or misuse.
6. Minimum age
The platform may only be used by adults aged 18 or older. Accounts used by minors will be blocked; required data may be retained where necessary to meet legal retention and accountability obligations.
