Important: The easyJobDE platform does not charge commissions on tasks. Payment for work performed is made 100% directly between users.
The platform does not participate in settlements and does not process payments between the client and the contractor.
In the future, optional Premium subscriptions may be available, providing advanced platform features (e.g., unlimited applications, Pro status, statistics). Subscriptions do not affect payment amounts, task conditions, or contractual relationships between users. Basic use of the platform remains free.

1) Intermediary, not employer
The platform connects users and provides tools (profiles, applications, chat, ratings).
We are not an employer, do not enter into employment contracts, and do not direct tasks.
All terms (price, time, place, liability) are agreed directly between users.
2) Platform does not process payments
No cash/transfers/escrow on the platform. Payment happens off-platform between users.
"Suggested compensation" is for reference only. No guarantees or collection by us.
3) Legality of tasks and prohibitions
Only simple, short, legal tasks (typically up to 2–3 hours).
Prohibited: Licensed/dangerous work (electrical/gas, hazardous materials, medical/care with liability, legal services, security, etc.).
Illegal content and discriminatory requirements are prohibited.
4) Taxes/Insurance — Party Responsibility
In Germany, rules regarding Minijob/household help, self-employment, insurance, and taxes may apply.
The platform does not verify and does not assume the obligations of the parties.
5) Safety and Privacy
Do not post exact addresses/documents publicly. Share details only after acceptance and if necessary.
If something is suspicious — stop communication.
